GSLTC Volunteer Hour Tracking System
The volunteer hours form is used to track the valuable time that you graciously donate to GSLTC. It’s quick and easy. Time is tracked in 30 minute (.5 hour) increments.

What hours should I track? Any hours you contribute to the GSLTC! Activities like:
- Training classes for our students
- Taking attendance for classes, printing rosters
- Attending or leading the Trainer Course
- Professional development, seminars, training certifications
- Working on trials
- Board/committee meeting preparation
- Board/committee meeting attendance
- Ordering supplies
- Organizing the supply closet
- Webpage review
- Writing thank you notes on behalf of the club
- Club communications like writing newsletter articles, emails, and etc.
- Other Club work — all should be logged. It all adds up!
Why do we want to know how many hours you’ve donated?
It helps the club understand where we spend our time. Without tracking, the board and doesn’t always know where we spend our time and what it takes to keep the club going. Unsung heroes support GSLTC in ways that are behind the scenes doing valuable work that can go unnoticed but are key to keeping GSLTC running smoothly. Things like: purchasing club supplies, donuts for the trials, writing thank you notes, cleaning our supply closet, making copies, signage, and more. Does this sound like you, doing the things that need to be done because you see the need? All time donated to GSLTC is valuable. Please log your hours!

In the future, we may want to secure grants funding that requires us to submit our volunteer hours. It can help with our tax forms and we may implement a recognition program or periodic special volunteer benefits!
